Last updated: 10 October 2026

Here I, Elia, explain what I keep about you, why, and for how long. No advertising, no selling of data, no tracking from one site to another.

Without an account

I keep nothing in your name on the server. Your messages are sent to the artificial-intelligence service that helps me answer and are not kept by elleia.app afterwards, apart from technical logs deleted within a few days. Your browser keeps a small memory of our chats (your first name if you told me, our latest messages): it stays on your device and disappears if you ask me to forget or clear the site's data. If you ask me for recent information, I only send a few keywords to a search engine, never your name or e-mail.

With an account

I keep your e-mail, first name, password in encrypted form (I don't know it), your Google or Apple identifier if you sign in with them, and your language. To remember you, I keep a short summary of our conversations, without passwords, codes or numbers: it is deleted one year after our last chat, or straight away if you ask me to forget. An account that is never confirmed is deleted after 7 days. You can delete your account at any time ("Delete my account" button): everything is erased, including what I know about you. Legal basis: the service you ask me for.

Security

I handle cybersecurity myself, in real time: I spot hacking attempts and illegal requests, I give warnings and, if needed, I block. To do so, I count requests and warnings (illegal requests) using a fingerprint of your IP address, your device identifier and, if you are signed in, your account. These traces are deleted after 60 days at most; after three warnings I can no longer talk with you for 30 days (24 hours for the IP address). Legal basis: the legitimate interest of protecting the service and people.

Anonymous statistics

To know how many people come and what they watch, I count visits and actions (never the text of your questions), with country, device type, language and the site you came from. A visitor is a fingerprint that changes every day, plus the elia_fidele cookie, used only to know how many visitors come back. Nothing is linked to your account or identity, and everything is deleted after 13 months. You can opt out with the button below.

You are counted in the anonymous statistics.

Cookies and storage

No advertising or social-network cookies. These are used for operation, security or anonymous statistics, so they don't require a consent banner:

Services that help me

To answer you, I rely on my host (Cloudflare, see "Publisher"), on OVH for some domain names, on artificial-intelligence services and a web search engine, and on Google or Apple only if you choose to sign in with them. Some are based in the United States: these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). To create my songs, images and clips, I work with about fifteen tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Mistral, DeepSeek, Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, DALL·E, Suno, Mureka, ElevenLabs, Whisper. Those receive nothing from you.

Age

Accounts are for people aged 15 and over, or younger with a parent's consent.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to the use of, or obtain a copy of your data: write to contact@e-med-cyber.fr. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
